Japanese-Italian for family

In front of the Ueno(上野) Station, a new hotel, "Mitsui Garden Hotel(三井ガーデンホテル)" was opened around one year ago. On the ground floor of the Hotel, an Italian restaurant was also opened together. That is "BOSCO IL CHIANTI (ボスコ　イル　キャンティ)". The interior is casual which would suitable for dinner with family or friends (not for special date!). Their concept is "new cuisine based on Italian dishes." According to the concept, their dishes are like Japanese-style Italian.

 

Even so, the taste is not bad! Every dish was good and price was reasonable. In addition to the above pictures, we ordered a pasta, glasses of beer and red wine and the bill was less than JPY10,000 for two. If you have an appointment at the Ueno Station, this casual Japanese-Italian restaurant is recommended. Only 1 minute distance! My rating is 2.7 out of 5. Gochiso-samadeshita!
