Elegant cakes of Mitsuwa Ginza

Near the department store of Printemps in Ginza(銀座), there is a cake shop called "Patisserie Mituswa(パティスリーミツワ)." The chef trained at Hotel Okura, one of the prestige hotels in Japan, and their cakes are delicate and sophisticated. Sweetness is adequate.

Surprisingly, this cake shop is opened until 23pm. Cakes cost around JPY500. Service is friendly and nice. My rating is 3.8 out of 5. Gochiso-samadeshita!
