Peltier's panda cake

As you may know, a symbol of Ueno(上野) is definitely panda! We can see pandas in many zoos, but the first panda to Japan came to the Ueno Zoo(上野動物園) and people have the image as Ueno=panda. Moreover, In 2011, a couple of pandas came to the Ueno Zoo which began another boom. Accordingly, we can find a lot of items related to panda around Ueno. 

Peltier's panda rolled-cake 

One of which I bought was a panda rolled-cake of Peltier(ペルティエ) of the Ueno Station, a cake shop which had been established in Paris in 1960. This is available only at their Ueno shop. Not only the cute appearance, but also the taste was very good. Combination of white chocolate, citrus mousse and fresh orange meat was great. More than expectation. The cake is around JPY1,500 for 4-5 persons. My rating is 3.8 out of 5. Gochiso-samadeshita!
