On the lobby floor of ANA InterContinental Tokyo Hotel (ANAインターコンチネンタル東京) in Tameike-sanno (溜池山王), there is a casual buffet/ a la cart restaurant called "Cascade Cafe (カスケードカフェ)." Unfortunately, Japanese dishes are not so much served, you can find popular dishes that everyone all over the world knows.

At lunch time, we can enjoy buffet for 90 minutes. Approximately 30 dishes as well as much fruits and dessert are prepared. Moreover, if we order, chefs bake pizza and cook pasta with favorite ingredients. Thanks to that, I enjoyed hot dishes from the oven. The taste is qualifying score. The light crisp of pizza was nice. Japanese-style beef curry was rich and delicious.
Considering the price per person at weekday lunch is JPY3,150 and the location, this buffet is value for money. If you show a coupon available on the hotel's website, 10% service charge is deducted. My rating is 3.5 put of 5. Gochiso-samadeshita!
