In Tokyo, there are several branch shops and cafes of "ANGELINA(アンジェリーナ)" of Paris which is famous as their distinctive Mont Blanc. Recently, when I went to Ginza for shopping, I bought their cakes after so long. That was bingo! Their Mont Blanc was definitely magnificent and rich. This only comprises paste of sweet chestnuts, fresh cream and merengue...but perfect combination. The level of sweetness is also adequate.
