Wonderful seasonal tarts

"Qu'il fait bon(キルフェボン)" is a popular cake shop chain which was originally started in Shizuoka(静岡). In Tokyo, we have their branches in Ginza, Aoyama, Daikanyama and Soramachi. Once you visit the shops, you would be attracted by various beautiful tarts using fresh fruits and their lovely interior.

Tart of fig and grape
Chiboust of pear
The tarts I bought recently were not so colorful as I chose the ones using Autumn fruits such as grape, fig, pear. But the taste was so wonderful as usual! Fruit was very fresh and sweet. Tart was crispy. Cream was sophisticated. The perfect combination! Qu'il fait bon has been popular for many years, but I can be impressed each time. In Ginza, we can buy cakes until 21:00pm. One piece costs around JPY600. My rating is 4.2 out of 5. Gochiso-samadeshita!
